Big Brother 8

Big Brother 8 starts this week! Woot! This show is SUCH trash but I have been watching it for 7 seasons now and there is just no giving it up at this point. Honestly, if it was on during any other time of the year I would not give it a second thought. But this is the type of crap that the summer is for…guilty pleasures, hot bods running around the back yard, lots of scheming and trickery. I am SUCH A VOYEUR. The first few seasons were by far the best but I continue to watch because I really do have to say that some of the manipulating and mental scheming is brilliant. It’s like a game of chess or some other complex puzzle where everything hinges on who makes the next move and just how they choose to make it. That, and hot bods. Did I mention the hot bods? Still, three hours a week is a huge investment of my time but at least I have DVR and can sneak in my guilty pleasure all in one chunk each week!
